Franchise Consultant Katie Yeargan has worked in the franchise world for over 25 years. She has held top leadership roles at many of the largest salon franchises including Supercuts, Great Clips, Sports Clips and Regis. Having experienced firsthand how each of these business models excelled, or stalled, has given Katie an insider’s view on best practices that can be applied to most franchise models.
Business is in her blood! Katie comes from a family of very successful entrepreneurs. The first family business was running an exceptional Italian restaurant. Later, Katie worked with her mother to open a single Supercuts franchise location in California, and then helped grow the business to a dozen very profitable locations. Over time the family moved their franchise to another state, and have remained successful. By being involved in every stage of franchise operations Katie understands every step from initial start up and hiring strong teams, to when and how to expand, change, or even sell your franchise business.
Through her dedication and hard work Katie has grown her career to great heights. She has served as Vice President of Regis Corps, Business Services Director at Great Clips, COO at Future Keys LLC, Regional Director at Comfort Keepers, Operations Director at Sport Clips, COO at Moxie Mgmt. Group, and VP of Franchise Operations at Poolwerx USA. Katie is currently the Co-Founder of Brass Ring Solutions and VP of Development at Waxxpot Franchising.
