We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Program/ Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team.  In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met by leveraging our innovative technology solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving client success, fostering relationships, and growing account revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsiblities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with client objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Develop, present, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
    • Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize performance and adopt new technology solutions.
  • Campaign Oversight & Performance Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and management of multi-channel digital campaigns 
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver insights and recommendations to clients.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Strategy, Product, Sales) to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
  • Upselling & Revenue Growth:
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or technology solutions to meet client needs.
    • Drive account growth by presenting innovative solutions and ensuring clients achieve measurable ROI.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Deliver regular performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management/ client facing roles with demonstrated dedication to clients and program solving
  • 3+ years of enterprise account management experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or technology company.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, The TradeDesk or other digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends such as AI in marketing, programmatic advertising, or search engine optimization.

Account Coordinator

In partnership with Sales, Product, and Visual Design, this role is responsible for creative strategy, executing day to day creative campaign fulfillment and reporting, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing world-class support to help our clients achieve their business goals. Success in this role requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, project management, team work with internal teams and creative problem solving. As a fast-paced company, we are looking for a proactive and organized self-starter who can effectively manage internal and external stakeholder’s expectations, share key campaign trends, and prioritize a high volume of inbound requests.

Responsiblities:

  • Client Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their rich media creative campaigns.
    • Be the expert on Netsertive technology; provide strategic guidance internally and externally regarding how platform/custom solutions can be leveraged to achieve client needs
    • Provide consultative creative recommendations to match client’s campaign goals by leveraging, data, analytics, insights and best practices to achieve on-going success
  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate all aspects of the campaign lifecycle, from initial briefing through to final delivery. Timeline management, asset coordination, and quality standards maintenance are critical to successful campaign delivery.
  • Creative Asset Oversight:
    • Facilitate the development and delivery of creative assets (animations, interactive elements, etc.) in collaboration with our Visual Design team and client contacts to ensure projects adhere to brand standards.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Facilitate Quality Assurance (QA) and troubleshooting processes via appropriate channel submission and escalation
  • Reporting and Insights:
    • Prepare insightful campaign performance reports and present findings to clients, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable next steps.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Foster strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Contribute to overall partner growth by collaborating with Director, Strategic Accounts to determine effective strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets
    • Foster a culture of excellence by focusing on process improvement, professional development and knowledge sharing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or proven experience (0-2 years) in a creative traffic manager, advertising project manager, or account management role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of interactive advertising and online media (IAB ad types and specs) and website publishing preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project success through proactive communication and support
  • Experience communicating cross-functionality, including collaboration with Sales, Creative, and Customer Success teams
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Experience with the Atlassian Product Suite (including JIRA and Confluence) preferred
  • Domain knowledge of ad technology and the advertising ecosystem preferred

Responsiblities:

The Digital Marketing Program Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for our clients. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends.
