Taylor Hulyksmith is the VP of Marketing for The Lash Lounge, a premier eyelash extension franchise, with over 115 salons across the United States. There, she is responsible for developing the strategy, processes, plans and partnerships to support franchisees, grow brand awareness, drive and convert leads and build brand advocates. Her personal fuel is creating brands people love, while mentoring and championing her talented team along the way.
She began her career as the public relations director for startup MyBandStock before serving in a PR and social media capacity for integrated marketing agencies, including Identity and franchise-focused re:group.
Taylor is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. In 2018, she earned her certified franchise executive (CFE) certification from the International Franchise Association.
