This notice describes the rights of Californians under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018. The CCPA requires businesses that receive information from more than fifty thousand California consumers to provide certain information to them. We fully describe our practices to all our customers and consumers in our Privacy Policy, but use this separate notice to ensure that we meet the CCPA requirements. This notice contains the following four parts:

The CCPA requires us to disclose whether we sell your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
Request Personal Information
If a particular IP can be associated with your personal information within California, please provide Netsertive with the proper documentation correlating your identity in an email to privacy@netsertive.com. Once we verify with a reasonably high degree of certainty your identity is correlated with the IP in question, we can move forward with the next steps in the request.
Your Right to Opt Out of Sales
We do not sell personal information, so we don’t have an opt out.
Your Right to Delete Personal Information
As with your right to request Personal Information, if a particular IP can be associated with your personal information within California, please provide Netsertive with the proper documentation correlating your identity in an email to privacy@netsertive.com. Once we verify with a reasonably high degree of certainty your identity is correlated with the IP in question, we can move forward with the next steps in the request. We honor such requests, unless an exception applies, such when it is being used to detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents, comply with laws, or to identify and repair bugs.
The Netsertive Creative Studio only collects IP addresses and the following information associated with a logged IP while displaying the ad:
• Cookies and web beacons
• User agents
• Device types
• Interactions with ads (eg. as clicks, view duration, etc)
• Web page visited where the ad was viewed
In order to secure our platform, including to detect, prevent and investigate security incidents or violations of our policies or applicable laws, we may retain the types of personal information listed in Section 2 for service providers and law enforcement.
In order to improve our services, such as to identify bugs, repair errors or ensure that the platform functions as intended, we will retain the types of personal information listed in Section 3.
