Netsertive is proud to announce our participation in Hops for Hope 2021 for the third year in a row. We’ve partnered with Vicious Fishes Brewery to form team FishNet in order to raise money for Children’s Flight of Hope.
Hops for Hope is an annual event that pairs local breweries with corporate teams to raise money for Children’s Flight of Hope. For months, the teams prepare and fundraise leading up to the final event where every team will enter a beer to compete in a taste test. This year, around 30 teams will enter for a chance to have the best drink and raise the most money for CFOH. The final event is September 25th, be sure to get tickets so you can try each beer and join in on the fun for a great cause.
Children’s Flight of Hope provides air transport for kids and families in need of specialized medical treatment that might be otherwise out of reach. The proceeds of the Hops for Hope events will go to children like Julia, who was diagnosed with rare eye cancer when she was less than 6 months old. Children’s Flight of Hope is able to provide flights to Julia and her family, as they travel from Wisconsin to New York every four weeks for her treatment. The money raised at the various Hops for Hope events will help provide more flights to children in need.
Event & Sponsorship Information
There are many ways to support Team FishNet this year. Our main event is our summer concert series. Each week, between August 5th and September 16th, there will be a concert at Vicious Fishes in Apex. Get there at 7 pm for live music, food trucks, a 50/50 raffle, and merchandise. There will also be a cornhole tournament at the concert on August 19th- sign up here. Additionally, Team FishNet will be participating in a carnival in downtown Fuquay Varina on August 28th between 2-6 pm. You’ll be able to taste test beer from five of the competing teams while participating in games, face painting, food trucks, and more. Anyone in the area is welcome to come out!

The Netsertive Gives Back team is spearheading our participation in this year’s Hops for Hope events. Netsertive Gives Back is a chance for Netizens to volunteer with local charities.
It ties into our company vision statement of “helping local businesses prosper so that local communities and the members of those communities will thrive”. The chance to work with local businesses to raise money for charity and give back to the community is part of Netsertive’s core values.
