Visual Designers at Netsertive support the Customer Experience organization by producing interactive digital ad units for our partners and their clients. We are seeking candidates with a good working knowledge of design principles and designing within a brand’s identity. Additionally, candidates should be strong communicators who think creatively, are detail oriented, and are able to meet deadlines consistently. They should thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Creative Development:
Design interactive and animated rich media advertisements for local clients, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
Collaborate with account management and project management teams to understand client objectives and translate them into visually engaging designs.
Ensure all creative assets align with industry standards, best practices, and Netsertive’s quality standards.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with account stakeholders to understand project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specifications.
Provide constructive feedback and revisions to ensure final deliverables meet project specifications
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to enhance skills and contribute to team success
Job Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years graphic or motion design experience
1-3 years of experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
1-3 years of experience with motion design using Adobe Animate or equivalent HTML5 design tool
High level of professionalism and strong time management
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
Ability to present concept visualization through sketches, drawings, illustrations and verbal communications.
Understanding of typography, manipulation of images and design elements
Firm knowledge of design processes including advertising and digital design
Ability to work collaboratively and be open to creative feedback
Portfolio of previous graphic or motion design work
