Netsertive is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to take point on our product marketing expansion. This role will be responsible for deeply understanding the value of Netsertive’s digital marketing technology solutions and ensuring our products and services are strongly positioned, understood and adopted by multi-location and franchise brand customers.
This person will join the sales and marketing team, with tight linkage to the product and customer experience teams, as a critical resource for maximizing the value from our offerings while ensuring that customers, prospects, and internal teams understand the full value they provide.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A deep understanding of digital marketing landscape and technology solutions
A strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value
Demonstrated experience in creating crisp, valuable materials (product one-sheets, case studies, standardized slideware for products/solutions, etc.) for both internal and external uses.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and team success
Confidence in customer, sales, and product feedback calls
A hunger to learn and implement new technologies
Overall Go-to-Market Execution:
Support new product launches and existing product enhancements, through customer use cases, materials, and storytelling
Provide inputs to Netsertive’s current GTM approach as related to target audiences, market segments, and ideal customer profiles.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product/Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing market success.
Understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
Work to ensure alignment in product marketing messaging across materials, website, sales presentations, etc.
Product Marketing & Positioning:
Craft compelling product messaging and unique value propositions that resonate with key customer personas and continue to differentiate Netsertive in the market.
Refine product positioning strategies that highlight unique competitive advantages and address customer pain points.
Be curious, and continually seek market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights that inform the product marketing evolution.
Material Development & Sales Enablement:
Lead the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including product datasheets, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and sales playbooks.
Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs, equipping the Sales & Customer Experience teams with the knowledge, tools and materials needed to effectively position Netsertive's solutions to existing & new customers.
Represent Netsertive at industry or customer conferences and webinars, acting as a thought leader and evangelist for our product solutions.
Solutions Architecture Understanding & Technical Storytelling:
Gain a deep understanding of Netsertive's product architecture, technical capabilities, and integration points.
Translate complex technical features into clear, concise, and benefit-oriented language for various audiences (technical and non-technical).
Act as a subject matter expert, supporting sales calls, client presentations, and industry events by strongly articulating the technical value and solutions our products provide.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science / Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
6 years of progressive experience in product marketing with digital marketing, MarTech, SaaS, or AdTech experiences
Proven track record of successfully launching and growing B2B SaaS or related tech-enabled products.
Demonstrated experience creating sales enablement assets that improved win rates, shortened sales cycles, or clarified product value.
Deep understanding and passion for digital marketing technology solutions, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Programmatic, Websites, Review and Listings Management, systems integrations, marketing dashboards, and their strategic application.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
Demonstrated successful experience collaborating effectively with product, sales, and engineering teams.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
Additional Qualifications in Strongest Candidates
Specific experiences in multi-location martech products/companies
Experience working with and positioning AI-powered products
2 or more years leading a product marketing function
Demonstrated ability for high output in small, fast-moving company environments (<100 people)
