We are looking for a Digital Marketing Program Strategist to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of digital marketing.

 

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Program Strategist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for our clients. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure strategies align with business goals and deliver measurable success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solutions Architecture Understanding & Technical Storytelling: Gain a deep understanding of Netsertive’s product architecture, technical capabilities, and integration points.  Translate complex technical features into clear, concise, and benefit-oriented language for various audiences (technical and non-technical).  Act as a subject matter expert, supporting sales calls, client presentations, and industry events by strongly articulating the technical value and solutions our products provide.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the execution, performance tracking, and optimization of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and goal achievement.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, generate insights, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions and showcase results to stakeholders.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their objectives, propose solutions, and deliver tailored strategies that meet their unique needs.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends, ensuring best practices are implemented across all campaigns.
  • Team Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Product, and Sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless campaign execution.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content plans to drive engagement, including social posts and thought leadership materials.
  • Budget Management: Plan and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and performance maximization.


Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of and expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and The TradeDesk.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or technology company.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, The TradeDesk or other digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends such as AI in marketing, programmatic advertising, or search engine optimization.
