Position Summary

The Customer Experience Coordinator provides critical support to the Customer Experience team, helping ensure smooth account operations across the Franchise Brands, Multi-Location Retailers, and Automotive Brands business segments. This role focuses on driving internal processes, coordinating deliverables, and enabling the team to deliver exceptional service to our customers and key stakeholders.

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Coordinator assists with the day-to-day needs of the Customer Experience team, ensuring deadlines are met and projects move forward efficiently. This role works cross-departmentally to support account planning, track campaign performance, prepare client-facing materials, and facilitate communication. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, monitoring deliverables, and helping resolve operational challenges as they arise.

A successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and reporting tools is a plus, and there is an opportunity to grow into more client-facing responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Experience team in managing a portfolio of multi-location business accounts within the Franchise Brands, Multi-Location Retailers, and Automotive Brands business segments.
  • Serve as the internal liaison, coordinating projects and initiatives that support client retention and revenue growth.
  • Develop a working knowledge of company products and services to effectively support the team in helping clients maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information, organize deliverables, and ensure smooth campaign delivery and alignment with client objectives.
  • Complete administrative work while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM (Salesforce), including account notes, project updates, sales orders, and reporting documentation.
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences by aligning solutions with client needs and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role, or similar experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital advertising with a strong understanding of ad tech and the advertising ecosystem, or similar experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to guide strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
