We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of digital marketing.
The Customer Experience Coordinator provides critical support to the Customer Experience team, helping ensure smooth account operations across the Franchise Brands, Multi-Location Retailers, and Automotive Brands business segments. This role focuses on driving internal processes, coordinating deliverables, and enabling the team to deliver exceptional service to our customers and key stakeholders.
The Customer Experience Coordinator assists with the day-to-day needs of the Customer Experience team, ensuring deadlines are met and projects move forward efficiently. This role works cross-departmentally to support account planning, track campaign performance, prepare client-facing materials, and facilitate communication. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, monitoring deliverables, and helping resolve operational challenges as they arise.
A successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and reporting tools is a plus, and there is an opportunity to grow into more client-facing responsibilities over time.
