Meet our 2020 Netsertive Employee Award Winners!

Starting a new year means taking time to reflect on the last one. At Netsertive, we like to do that by voting for our fellow employees to win prestigious end-of-year awards. 2020 was a year unlike any other, and we’re so happy that we had these team members on board to help our clients and customers make it a successful one!

Without further ado, here are the winners of the 2020 Netsertive Employee Awards!

Excellence in Client Success Winner: Lindsay Kovacs

The individual who is recognized internally and externally as setting the bar for customer service.  

Innovation Impact Award: Recognizing Extraordinary Efforts in the Areas of Innovation Impacting the Business. Winner: Tim Tyndall

The individual or group of individuals who have created a product, process, or other form of innovation that has had the biggest positive impact on the Netsertive and/or our customers in 2020.

Burn the Ships Award: Recognizing Success in Charging Forward with No Retreat. Winner: Jordan Wise

The individual who is always focused on outcomes, takes calculated risks to achieve goals, charges ahead,  gives major effort, and most importantly, never retreats when things get difficult.  

Team Player Award: Recognizing Success in Their Role and Taking on All Things Asked of Them. This one had three winners: Kristine Radtke, Joseph Lucia, and Carolyn St. Laurent.

The individual that not only drives positive and successful contributions in their own role but is always looking for ways to help others to succeed in their roles.

Netsertive Spirit Award: Recognizing an Employee that is Netsertive through and through and embodies the spirit of Netsertive. Winner: Nicole Hayworth

The individual who continues to exhibit a positive attitude, looks for ways to foster collaboration, and is always committed to company success. A person everyone likes to see “representing Netsertive” everywhere.  

Leadership Award: Recognizing Leadership in and Beyond Your Team. Winner: Katie Ruiz

Recognizing a manager that has demonstrated out-sized performance relative to their role (i.e. not “versus other managers”), while also contributing beyond their own team.  

Mission Plus Performer Award Winner: Diana Carter

Recognizing an individual for their contributions and talent to Netsertive that is mission critical to allow Netsertive to operate everyday. Their work is respected and welcome on any project. This individual is able to get to the heart of the problem and steps outside the bounds of their role to impact the business.  

MVP Award: Meaghann Nilsen

Lifetime Achievement Award: Herb Brittner

Honorable Mentions: Ashley Resta and Hannah Janezich
