Starting a new year means taking time to reflect on the last one. Recognizing a manager that has demonstrated out-sized performance relative to their role (i.e. not “versus other managers”), while also contributing beyond their own team.
Recognizing an individual for their contributions and talent to Netsertive that is mission critical to allow Netsertive to operate everyday. Their work is respected and welcome on any project. This individual is able to get to the heart of the problem and steps outside the bounds of their role to impact the business.
